Their branch is in the High Wycombe area and requires a new Branch Manager. This is a busy site and it needs someone to keep it going in the right direction. An all-rounder is required ideally with good stock management skills, buying experience and an understanding of how a well-run branch should function. Most importantly, you must have demonstrable experience in both sales and operations but also this is a ''muck-in'' kind of environment so if you like to sit in a back office all day then this role isn''t for you!This role requires a special someone - ideally someone with strong management or supervisory experience.
