HR Business Partner

We engage with blue chip clients to undertake major transformation projects using our innovative approach and high calibre talent.Our HR Director (Sally Riley) is looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team at 4CA. You will partner and support people leaders and managers across the full spectrum of people activities. We rely on you to develop effective, trusted partner status with our team and our sister companies, own and run well-structured HR projects, translate employment legislation into practical solutions, and coach managers to deliver a great employment experience for our people. You will act as our HRDs number two – providing a sounding board and someone who is truly motivated to make the right things happen. You will also help to develop our HR Coordinator into the excellent HR professional she is destined to be (she is pretty great already, but she needs someone to learn from and who can act as her sounding board).Qualifications and Experience Required
