Role Responsibilities: What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader:Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child''s development.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.
