Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary skills, a passion for food in particular Cheese, and the ability to lead and inspire a small team. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation while ensuring efficient kitchen operations.DutiesPrepare, cook and serve the great food we offerEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.Work with the team to help produce new dishes at relevant timesManage stock levels, order goods, and control food costs to maximise profitability.Work with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements as necessary.Assist in the preparation of meals during peak service times as needed.RequirementsProven experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food production processes, and kitchen management practices.Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Previous experience in front-of-house operations is an advantage but not essential.If you are passionate about Cheese and culinary excellence and possess the leadership qualities necessary for this role, we invite you to apply for the position of Kitchen Manager.
