Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers, with headcount set to double this year.Stay hands-on across React, TypeScript, Nestjs, Postgres, and AWS.Champion AI-native workflows (Copilot, Cursor, LLM integrations) to accelerate delivery.Shape engineering culture, delivery practices, and architecture from the ground up.Grow into a senior leadership role as the platform expands globally.What they’re looking for

1–3 years’ experience leading engineers (Tech Lead or EM level).Strong product mindset and technical depth.Track record in fast-moving, early-stage environments.A desire to take ownership and grow with the company.Comfortable working onsite in Holborn with a focused, founder-led team.The offer
