Supply Chain Manager - Trial Supplies - UxbridgeAtrium EMEA are looking for several Clinical Supply Chain Managers to support a Global Pharmaceutical client in Uxbridge, on a Trail Supplies programme. These roles are all PAYE for 6 months, 50% onsite work required. Previous Pharmaceutical experience required alongside global drug development process/regulations. Essential:* Pharma industry related experience.* Clinical Supplies/Development with global experience or equivalent experience.* Knowledge of the global drug development process and global regulatory requirements.* Proficient and strong analytical skills.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as Project management.* Forecasting and Planning as well as Manufacturing, Packaging andamp; Labelling, IVRS, Logistics, Quality and/or Stability.* Understanding of import/export requirements.* Knowledge of IVRS and CTMS systems, helpful.* Applies and drives Forecasting and Planning activity as it relates to protocol.* Ability to build/drive internal team consensus.* Translates broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans.* Conflict resolution (manages disagreements).* Negotiation (Manages Execution, Results Driven, Analysis of Issues, Effective Speaking, Builds Relationships).* Influencing (manages influencing others).* Coaching and mentoring (fosters teamwork).Click Apply now/Contact Lianne to be considered for the Supply Chain Manager - Trial Supplies - Uxbridge role
