Luxury Customer Sales Consultant (Part Time)
Noodle Talent Partners are delighted to be supporting a Luuxury Retailer, recruiting the position of Retail Sales Consultant to join the team in Bury St Edmunds on a Permanent basis. Working Part Time, 18.5 hours per week: Fridays and Saturdays 10am-5pm, Sundays 10am-4pm. If you have flexibility to work additional hours as needed, this would be desirable. The role Delivering an excellent customer service in-store, reflecting the high-end brand Greeting customers and building rapport to understand their needs, recommending suitable products and promoting additional items to maximise each interaction Handling enquiries and dealing with any issues that arise, ensuring customers are satisfied Working collaboratively to meet store targets and objectives Process payments, transactions, returns and after sales queries in line with the company policy. Use the ordering system with accuracy and track customer orders Maintain an organised, clean and visually-appealing store environment. Assist with stock handling, pricing, merchandising and display. Assist with preparing customer orders for delivery or collection, handling carefully to minimise damage Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety guidelines. The package Hourly rate of £14.56 to £15.38 per hour (£14,006.72 to £14,795.56 Salary / full time equivalent salary of £28,000 - £30,000) 25 days annual leave (pro rata for part time) Opportunities for aditional hours/overtime Staff discount on selected products P
