Proven experience as an Engineering Lead, Software Engineering Manager, or similar roleStrong expertise in multiple programming languages (preferably Python, Go, and TypeScript), frameworks, and toolsExperience deploying LLM systems to production with understanding of evaluation, guard-railing, and monitoringExperience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, container-based micro-services, distributed logs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and DevSecOpsExperience in a product-focused team environment is beneficialWhat we’ll provide
