Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage full lifecycle recruitment for various roles across Moonpig Group, partnering with leadership teams to ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process. Your responsibilities include:Leading end-to-end recruitment with a focus on diversity and inclusion.Sourcing top candidates through innovative strategies.Creating positive candidate experiences.Building talent pipelines and nurturing relationships.Providing strategic advice to leadership.Promoting Moonpig’s culture and employer brand.Using data to inform recruitment strategies and demonstrate ROI.Ideal Candidate

3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience.Innovative, curious, and structured thinker.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Growth mindset and continuous learner.Familiarity with Lever ATS is a plus.About You
