Here at Find My Staff we are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Milton Keynes , for an ongoing Cleaning Supervisor , this role is based on a shift rota of 4 on 2 off, would comply of two shifts you would need to be available for both, 6.30am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm, this contract is a 32.5 hour week paying 15 ph. Duties: Supporting the line manager with the operational delivery of the Cleaning, Waste and Customer Service teams Motivate and monitor your team to achieve the best standard and practices Be involved in the rota management and stock control levels Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance to health and safety Work alongside HR in training and developing your team Be involved in training exercises and toolbox talk What you will need: Experience in leading a team Able to deliver good customer service skills and the ability work on your own initiative Good computer literacy skills and competent on Microsoft Office Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and extensive cleaning knowledge i.e IOSH Sound like the perfect role for you?
