Shift Manager - Data CentreLocation: SloughSalary: 64,890 + 4,800 shift allowance + 8% client paid bonus + annual increases 3-4%We are looking for a Shift Managers to join a busy Slough Data Centre team. You will lead and supervise shift teams, ensuring maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards in a business-critical environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across building plant, equipment, and systems.Act as Authorised Person for all safety procedures, permits, and switching schedules.Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and site policies, including L8 standards for water systems.Lead and mentor shift teams, monitor performance, and ensure all training requirements are met.Liaise with management and client personnel to maintain excellent service delivery.Manage incidents and ensure safe, professional operations at all times.Essential Experience and Qualifications:Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in relevant discipline.HV Authorisation and Current Wiring Regulations certificate.Emergency First Aid at Work qualification.Experience in a similar role within data centres or critical environments.Strong knowledge of maintenance, BMS, PMS, Fire systems, and health and safety obligations.PASMA and IPAF preferred.What''s on Offer:Competitive salary with shift allowance and performance bonus.Career progression in a fast-paced, technical environment.Exposure to advanced data centre operat
