Responsibilities and dutiesReporting to the Project Manager or Site Agent you will:Support the Site Manager and step in during absences to manage site operations.Oversee a section of the project, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and environmental management.Develop and manage detailed construction programmes, coordinating with engineering staff and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of key activities.Produce, review, and manage method statements and other site documentation.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth site operations.Lead and develop the site engineering team, fostering a strong, communicative environment.Monitor financial performance of your section,
