With a strong order book and continued growth, they are seeking a Contracts Manager to act as the number two to the Construction Director, driving project delivery and ensuring excellence across all live sites.The RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will:Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion.Oversee and support Site Managers across a range of schemes, ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are achieved.Manage internal and external packages (envelope, shell and core, MandE, finishes) across new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.Work closely with the consultants, interrogating drawings, ensuring buildability, and resolving technical queries.Implement robust health and safety standards in line with company policy and current legislation.Repo
