Head of Housing and Litigation Law to lead the Housing and Litigation legal team and play a key strategic role in the delivery of quality legal services to the Council.Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Housing and Litigation legal team, managing performance and development.Work across Housing, Litigation, and Local Government Law, including high value and complex matters.Build and sustain effective relationships with departments, senior leadership, and Members.Qualifications
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive (CILEX).Significant experience in Housing, Litigation and Local Government Law.Experience in local government preferred; applicants from private sector with local government experience welcome.Working arrangements
