This new role will lead the development and delivery of sustainable business services for WLCVS and its member organisations, supporting organisational resilience, income diversification, and collaborative partnerships. The post-holder will play a key role in formalising new partnerships, securing new funding and contract opportunities, and promoting innovation across the sector. The Business Development Manager in conjunction with the Operations Manager together form the CVS s Senior Management Team. They will ensure the charity operates in compliance with all regulatory requirements while maximising impact for beneficiaries and communities.
