Our client is a very succesful Lettings Agency based in Hemel Hempstead. They require a Head of Property Managment to oversee the company s residential property portfolio and managing a team of property managers and administrative support staff. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department, maintaining compliance and delivering high standards of service, to both landlords and tenants. This role requires a strong leader who can remain calm under pressure, provide direction to the team to ensure effective workflow management and delivery within service levels to all clients. The role will require someone who enjoys providing training and guidance to their team It may also present an excellent opportunity for an experienced property manager who feels they are ready to lead a team and can demonstrate this through proven skills and experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership and Team Management Lead, mentor, and support the property management team, providing training and development opportunities. Develop reporting and visibility of workloads to inform senior management and to be able to allocate workloads effectively, ensuring high levels of service are maintained across the portfolio.
