Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager GPhC registered Pharmacist. Pharmacy management experience is highly desirable. A team player, passionate about leading and empowering a team. Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers. Play an active role in the charities support programme, giving advice to people in the community at risk of, or living with, cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Assist with leading, training, and developing staff. Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, so you re always there to meet customers needs.
