About the Role:

  Teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

  Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that bring literature, language, and writing to life

  Foster a love for reading, critical thinking, and creative expression in your students

  Monitor student progress, provide effective feedback, and support individual learning needs

  Collaborate with colleagues to develop high-quality resources and curriculum planning

  Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment activities

  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• 
  

  Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification (ECTs are welcome)

  
  



• 
  

  Have experience teaching English in a secondary school setting

  Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a creative, engaging approach to teaching

  Be committed to raising attainment and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
