Senior Insights & Analytics Manager

We have an exciting new role that places data and insights at the core of decision-making across the European commercial function of a leading FMCG brand.In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of sourcing data, then ensuring it is effectively visualized and used by teams across Europe.The ideal candidate will combine commercial and technical expertise—understanding the business’s goals and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop reports and dashboards that provide teams with the data they need to drive those objectives forward.Key requirements include:
Experience working with sell-out data from providers such as Nielsen, Circana, etc.Strong skills in creating clear, actionable dashboards and reports in PowerBI and Excel.A knack for interpreting data and deriving meaningful insights.Proven experience collaborating with commercial teams, offering proactive recommendations on reports and insights that help move the business forward.A desire to build a function from the ground up—this is a unique opportunity to demonstrate the value of data insights.The role offers hybrid working, with 3 days a week in the office.Seniority level
