This top law firm with offices in East Sussex are looking for a qualified Clinical/Medical Negligence and Personal Injury Solicitor to head their busy team. Their current team is a partner, trainee who will qualify very soon, a paralegal supported by two secretaries working 6 days per week overlapping. The partner has an excellent reputation and lots of experience, however they are more focused on higher level work, therefore they need a solicitor to join the team to fairly quickly take over as the team manager role and responsibility for supervising and developing the trainee/NQ and the paralegal. In the longer term there is scope to become a partner and formal head of this practice area. The work in the team is a mixture of clinical/medical negligence and personal injury, almost all cases are run on CFAs The ideal candidate would be: 1) 6 years plus qualified. 2) Keen to become the lead for this practice area. 3) Local to one of their office. 4) Tech savvy - willing to embrace their technology and electronic working. 5) Good at supervising and developing young lawyers.
