In this role, you ll lead a team of multi-disciplined engineers, fostering a collaborative culture that drives efficiency and continuous improvement. As a key leader in the business, you ll manage both day-to-day engineering operations and longer-term CAPEX initiatives, ensuring investments align with business objectives and deliver tangible improvements.
