Support NPI and APQP activities during new process development. Lead and support internal and supplier audits. Maintain documentation, control plans, PPAPs, and inspection processes. Provide production support and liaise with customers and suppliers on quality concerns. Coordinate warranty reporting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
