three
children , and we are seeking a passionate and experienced
Registered
Manager
to take the lead in bringing this vision to life.What We Offer

Lead the
start-up and registration process , including all preparation for achieving
OFSTED approval
in line with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.Oversee all aspects of home operations, ensuring exceptional care for every childDevelop and implement the home’s structure, policies, and day-to-day practicesPlay a pivotal role in shaping the service, building infrastructure and supporting innovationLead the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of a skilled, values-driven staff teamFoster a positive, resilient culture where young people and staff are supported and empoweredDrive quality assurance and continuous improvement through reflective practice and strong leadershipProvide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment that gives every child real opportunities to succeedRequirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential children’s care.At least 2 years supervising/managing staff.Demonstrated knowledge of
OFSTED registration processes
and residential care regulations.Experience working with children with
learning difficulties , autism, or additional needs.NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).Proven record of “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted grades.All appointments are subject to references and enhanced DBS check.Ready to make a real difference?
