Scheme Manager (With Care) Northamptonshire Salary: £32,821 per annum including car allowance Full-Time 37 hours per week Permanent Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently and thrive in their homes? We re looking for a proactive and compassionate Scheme Manager to join our team, working across two of our supported housing schemes for older people in Northamptonshire. To succeed in this role, you ll need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel between sites is essential. What you ll be doing: Welcoming and assessing new residents to ensure they can maintain a tenancy independently. Delivering tailored housing support and creating personalised support plans. Managing tenancies, including rent monitoring, void management, and re-letting. Promoting resident wellbeing by supporting activities and community engagement. Overseeing scheme budgets and identifying service needs. Supervising on-site staff such as caretakers or handypersons. Handling housing-related issues including arrears, ASB, and repairs. Ensuring the building meets all health, safety, and compliance standards. What we re looking for: Experience working with vulnerable individuals and within a housing setting.
