Key Responsibilities:

·Lead electrical design from concept to completion across multiple sectors
·Deliver high-quality electrical designs using Revit, Amtech, and other design tools
·Collaborate with architects, clients, and stakeholders to deliver coordinated, innovative solutions
·Drive sustainability and energy efficiency through design
·Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
·Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical development of the Birmingham office
·Represent the consultancy in client and design team meetings

What They''re Looking For:

·Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services
·Chartered or working towards chartership (CIBSE or equivalent)
·Strong experience in electrical design within a consultancy environment
·Proficient in Amtech, Revit, AutoCAD, and related design software
·Excellent communication skills with strong collaboration and leadership capabilities
·A passion for sustainable, low-energy building design
·Ambition to contribute to and grow a new regional team
