Our OEM Client based in Whitley, Coventry, is searching for a Project Design Engineer to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position until 31st March 2026.Umbrella Pay Rate: £27.03 per hour.Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management: Participate in regular KPI reviews on the allocated projects and ensure on time delivery. Understand and promote Scrum values, helping team members embrace these values.Complete training programs assigned on time and as per business needs.Participate in regular check-ins with reporting manager and address any concerns.Showcase success stories in each sprint to the wider team and celebrate success. Technical Expertise and Mentoring: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather testing requirements.Address all the technical queries and escalations on time.Deliver system rig design as per the design standards within project timelines.Create system Rig Design artefacts and deliver to meet First Time Right metrics target.Promote Scrum values and help team members embrace these values.Decompose test requirements to architect systems supporting development and validation activities.
