MK Search and Selection are currently working with a leading MandE contractor with a turnover of 150m and a strong national presence across sectors delivering across the pharmacuetical, life-science and data centre sectors who are looking for a mechanical construction manager to work on a 30m MandE pharma project in Hull, Yorkshire. Reporting to a mechanical project manager, you will join from the very beginning of the install stage and be tasked with managing and motivating the specialist mechanical subcontractors to completion throughout the 2 year programme to PC. Role/Responsibilities Management of subcontractor labour Attend site meetings Progress reports Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc. Health and safety Review and amend RAMS Snagging Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
