Working in a structured team of grounds persons, delivering the full scope or works through the various seasons. Observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties and ensure that instructions specified by management are adhered to. Key Responsibilities 1. Always maintain the professional image of CBRE. 2. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all CBRE employees and clients'' representatives. 3. Ensure that Planned Preventative Grounds and Horticultural Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices. Inclusive of Winter Contingency and associated gritting. 4. Grass cutting using tractor with attachments, petrol lawnmowers and strimmer - traffic / personnel control. 5. Weed control - spot spraying. 6. To clear litter, leaves and debris from around the site, and clean up spillages as required. 7. Low level Tree pruning as necessary. 8. Identify any defects found to Line Manager. 9. Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Line Manager. 1
