Academics are supporting a proactive primary school in Slough seeking an SEMH Intervention Support Assistant to deliver targeted emotional and behavioural interventions. What You''ll Be Doing:

• Running structured SEMH interventions and small-group activities
  * Providing 1:1 mentoring for children with emotional needs
  * Monitoring pupil progress and implementing agreed strategies
  * Working collaboratively with teachers and SEMH specialists
  * Supporting pupils to develop confidence and resilience
