Building Services / Maintenance Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a very established and reputable specialist within mechanical and electrical contracting. Working across electrical, heating & plumbing and HVAC.

Due to their continued growth and development, they are now looking to hire a maintenance engineer.

The Role:

• The position will involve travelling to various school sites to complete on-site service, maintenance and repairs on Fan convector units
• Fault finding and basic electrical fault finding
• Installing fan motors

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced maintenance engineer
• Ideally you will have experience working within commercial sites
• Fault finding skills and experience
• Electrical skills / experience is an advantage but is not essential
• Multi-skilled building services, fabric or facilities maintenance background.

Hours:

• Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:30

Salary:

• -32,000 - -34,000
