Senior Business Manager - Recruiting Finance roles in West London, Thames Valley Regions and Central LondonWhat you’ll do:

Act as finance lead for some of the UK''s largest retailers — owning customer PandLs and supporting delivery of financial goals.

Build and own financial models for Joint Business Plans (JBPs), ensuring growth and profitability.

Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive pricing, promotional effectiveness, and revenue management strategies.

Lead forecasting, month-end reporting, and Board presentations, delivering accurate and insightful financials.

Provide forward-looking insight into risks and opportunities, shaping strategic decisions.

Support CPI (cost price increase) planning and post-implementation review.

Champion process improvements to enhance Commercial Finance outputs.

What we’re looking for:

Proven commercial finance experience, with strong PandL ownership and business partnering skills.

Excellent communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders with clear, impactful insights.
