OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Day Store Forklift and WarehouseOperative to join our warehouse team.You must have a car, motorbike, or other mode of transport to get to site!The successful candidate will be responsible for handling materials (manual lifting and handling up to 25KG), operating forklift equipment safely when required (forklift truck driving will not be 100% of your daily duties), supporting daily goods-in and goods-out operations, across cold storage, warehouse, and production sites.This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse and forklift experience, who want to contribute to efficient warehouse management, production supply chain, and FMCG inventory.You will need to be able to work across multiple sites with a 10-minute drive of each other, which will require you to drive company vehicles on public roads. You will also have to work in outdoor yard environments (all weathers), as well as working in cold storage facilities when required (-18 to -21 degrees), all within the same day, on a repetitive basis.Hourly Pay Rate: £12.90 to £13.03 (depending on forklift experience and license).Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday: 6:30am Start / 3pm Finish (8-hours per shift / 40-hour per week).DutiesOperate forklift trucks to load, unload, and move goods efficiently and safely.Assist with goods-in and goods-out, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.Handle materials using appropriate equipment, always adhering to
