Proven experience within food manufacturing supply chain management. A rapidly scaling premium food manufacturer are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager on a full time, permanent basis in Mansfield Role: Supply Chain ManagerType: PermanentLocation: MansfieldSalary: £55,000 + benefits Key responsibilities for the Supply Chain Manager will include and will not be limited to: Full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring smooth daily operations across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.Manage relationships with approximately six core suppliers, overseeing raw material ordering, supplier performance, contract negotiation, and stock availability.Lead demand planning and production planning activities, translating forecasts into executable factory schedules and maintaining strong OTIF performance.Oversee monthly stock counts, investigate discrepancies, manage inbound supply, and mitigate low or excess stock risks.Drive warehouse organisation and optimisation, including layout mapping, pallet flow efficiency, and oversight of goods in / goods out.Manage 3PL relationships and support future retendering processes.Support NPD activity across 2-3 concurrent projects, ensuring supply readiness for launches and packaging updates.Maintain accurate data and reporting within the ERP system, and support finance with KPI reporting and month-end requirements.
