Personnel Administration Maintain and update employee records, employee handbooks, and other HR-related documentation. Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the HR function. Employee Support Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR procedures. Provide guidance and escalate issues where necessary.
