Training and evaluating new staff members will be key responsibilities, along with providing ongoing support to maintain high standards. You will schedule and delegate cleaning, laundry, and related duties to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained. Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment will ensure availability and cost efficiency. Regular inspections of residents'' rooms and communal areas will uphold quality standards. You will handle any complaints or requests from residents and staff promptly and professionally. Ensuring strict adherence to safety and sanitation procedures will maintain
