Key Responsibilities: Understanding instructions and task requirements.Utilising strong visual and auditory memory skills to retain information, processes, and instructions.Providing personal care support to children as needed.Creating a positive and encouraging learning environment.Collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver engaging activities.Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. About You: Friendly, approachable, and welcoming.Prior experience working with children in an educational or care setting.Committed to working fixed days either full-time or part-time.Possess a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
