Production Operative Wanted in South Woodham Ferrers

Pay Rate:12.21 per hour

Hours:-Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm-

Type:-Temp to perm for the right candidate-

Location:-South Woodham Ferrers-CM3 (Due to the location, own transport is required)

Job Description:-We are seeking Production Operatives for our client, a busy factory in South Woodham Ferrers. This role involves various production tasks and does not require previous experience as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling parts and metal units
• Gluing
• Using screwdrivers and drills (Not all jobs)
• Packing products
• General production work in a busy factory environment

Knowledge & Skills:

• No prior experience is necessary
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Adherence to health and safety regulations

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Be reliable, flexible, and trustworthy
• Be willing to learn and take on new tasks
• Have their own transport due to the location
