Position Details

• Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
• Start Date: ASAP / October 2025
• Salary: andpound;83 andndash; andpound;100 per day (dependent on experience)
• Contract Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and assist pupils with their learning.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for children needing additional help.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Encourage and motivate learners to build confidence and independence.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Recognised Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
