Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

* Bachelor''s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field (Master''s or MRICS/CPM/CCIM preferred).

* 10-15 years'' experience in property management or development, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

* Proven success managing large, complex property portfolios.

* Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.

* Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Deep understanding of property law, compliance, and sustainability standards.
