We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to provide vital administrative support for projects. Key Responsibilities

- Project Administration: Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and correspondence.
- Coordination and Logistics: Arrange meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagements; prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Support the preparation of progress reports, financial summaries, and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and community representatives.
- Procurement and Finance Support: Assist with procurement documentation, funding claims, and monitoring project budgets/expenditure.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to relevant policies, funding conditions, and statutory requirements.

Person Specification

Essential:

- HNC/HND level qualification (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience in project support or administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
