Thera South West has an exciting opportunity available for two Support Workers to join our team based in Paignton, Devon. You will join us on a permanent basis, with full-time and part-time hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13 per hour. About the Support Worker role: As a valued Support Worker with Thera Southwest, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability and for some a physical disability. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals to achieve their own personal goals, aims and ambitions. The support you provide will change with everyone you work with because everyone is different. Supporting people in their daily lives is varied and, in this role, and for some will include personal care, moving and handling, with training given if this is a new skill to you.
