Key Responsibilities of the Operations Account Manager:

• -Maintain up-to-date client records, including contract changes and renewals
• -Resolve client issues swiftly to maintain strong, long-term relationships
• -Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance internal processes and service delivery
• -Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• -Attend and schedule regular client meetings to build rapport and explore new opportunities
• -Communicate clearly and proactively, identifying and pursuing upselling or cross-selling potential

Requirements to be considered for the Operations Account Manager:

• Proven experience in Account Management or client services
• -Industry experience within Logistics or Distribution would be beneficial.
• -Experience managing clients and multiple Accounts is required.
• -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• -Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• -Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights (Excel proficiency essential)
• -Confident in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
