Office Manager
Adecco are recruiting an Office Manager for their client based in Hungerford.Responsibilities:Provide full administrative support including diary management, meetings, reporting, and document controlSupport senior leadership with day-to-day tasks and project workAct as a key point of contact for staff, clients, and visitorsOversee office operations including facilities, suppliers, equipment, and general environmentCoordinate staff inductions, training, and track holidays and absencesHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismSupport finance processes including timesheets, invoicing, purchase ledger, and expensesPromote and maintain a positive Health and Safety culture across the officeManage HandS documentation, policies, risk assessments, incident reporting, and auditsCoordinate HandS training and monitor performance and improvementsAssist with document control, audits, and continuous improvement activitiesProvide basic IT support and liaise with external providersSupport equipment setup for new startersAssist with additional tasks as required to support wider business needsSkills and Experience:Proven experience in an Office Manager roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksExperience or knowledge of facilities and Health and Safety processesExposure to ISO 9001 or similar quality systems (beneficial, not essential)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and a proactive approachAbility
