Responsibilities

• Candidate Resourcing
• Managing candidates
• Candidate retention
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Business Development
• Arranging & attending sales meetings
• Telephone sales.

The successful candidate will have:

• Knowledge of recruitment processes
• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to build strong relationships with both clients & candidates
• Work as part of a team
• Have excellent telephone manor & customer service skills
• A Minimum of two years previous experience
