Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role is critical in ensuring that the materials produced on our process line meet defined quality standards. You will be responsible for regular testing, detailed record-keeping, and identifying and communicating any deviations in product quality.Key Responsibilities Take lead responsibility for product quality assurance, identifying and reporting deviations or trends.Quarantine defective products and coordinate with Team Leaders and the Operations Manager to ensure timely resolution.Work with external laboratories to conduct specialist analysis and provide independent quality verification when needed.Verify product quality parameters to ensure compliance with commercial contracts.Maintain and report on quality data for fibre and pellet output.Assist with administrative tasks and quality-related documentation as required.Agree and report on weekly/monthly KPIs related to quality control.Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
