We thrive on variety, creative energy, and making the complex feel seamless.Now were looking for a Head of Production to lead the charge.This is a pivotal role for someone who can orchestrate the entire production process, from shaping resource plans to overseeing multi-platform delivery, working together with creatives to bring all communications and marketing briefs to live.Youll take the lead on production and resourcing budgets, balancing creativity and cost-efficiency to deliver optimised workflows.More than anything, youll be the driving force behind how we work, refining process, streamlining delivery, and empowering your team to create their best work.Job DescriptionResponsible for the production of all work created by the department.Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across the Entain portfolio of brands whilst ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.Forward planning resource needs across all teamsOversee all financial aspects of production, contracts, budgeting and weekly reconciliations.Scoping out projects, managing budgets, timelines and schedules across integrated campaigns / projectsEnsure timelines are agreed and met for each phase of production.Support the Production team to help them to realise creative ideas efficiently and practically.Oversee all financial aspects of production, contracts, budgeting and weekly reconciliations.Maintaining clear and effective reporting systems including music detail reporting.Lead and manage the Production team and freelance talent as needed.Anticipate stakeholder needs with proactive and appropriate resolutions.Support the development of your team members, proactively Provide development, seeking opportunities to stretch them.

QualificationsYou will have a proven track record of managing a production team in-house or within agency for prominent brands.Experience in managing multiple complex integrated campaigns TTL, across video production, post production, social media, digital.Strong post production design background.Experience forecasting and managing production and supplier budgets across multiple brands.Comprehensive knowledge of licensing of artistic material across all formats and locations within agreed timings, and artists rights.Experience of working with a diverse group of stakeholders, up to and including ExcoDemonstrable experience of being client facing and working with marketers across multiple brands and locations.Built and led teams through change and transformationExemplary relationship and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders, delegating where appropriate to ensure deliverables are met
