To be successful in the role of Commercial Manager, you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience in commercial performance management.
• A solid understanding of NEC3/4 contracts and their practical applications.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
• Strong MS Excel capabilities.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, or equivalent experience.
