About the Quality Manager job The purpose of your role will be to take ownership for overseeing the day-to-day management of quality and food safety in the factory, ensuring compliance with the food safety, BRC, legal, and customer requirements. Key tasks Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies to upgrade the current SALSA accreditation to meet BRCGS Standards. Conduct regular audits and analyse quality data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Train staff on quality practices and prepare reports for management, while staying updated on industry standards. About You The successful candidate shall have a related food science degree.
