Your main responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one support to students, assisting them with their learning and personal development. Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies. Supporting students with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility assistance. Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Monitoring and recording student progress, and providing feedback to the teaching team.
