Job Description
Handling a broad range of contentious construction matters including adjudications, arbitrations, and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court.
Advising clients on contract disputes, professional negligence claims, and issues arising under standard form contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).
Working closely with clients including developers, contractors, consultants, and insurers.
Supporting senior lawyers on major disputes and independently managing smaller matters.
The Successful Applicant
Qualified solicitor (England and Wales) with 2-5 years PQE (guideline only).
Strong experience in contentious construction law, ideally gained at a recognised firm.
Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
